 HALL BOOKING CONDITIONS
  • Hall hire rates to be paid in full at the time of hall booking or soon after. Please send advice and record of payment
  • Refunds will be given up to one month prior to the event. No refunds given after that time.
  • All bond monies to be paid in cash and refundable after inspection of the hall by a committee member and subject to conditions set out in the hall rules.
CHARITY/ VOLUNTARY RATE
The committee has the option to provide a discounted rate for some events. eg a charitable / community event

As part of our hall booking charges we have available for use:

Main Hall Area with stage
- 90 chairs
- 5x Church pews and x 10 bench seating options
- 20 light portable plastic tables seating 8 -10 people

Functional Kitchen with Annex Dining area ..
- 8 solid  wooden tables in our annex seating 8 people 
- Micro-wave. fridge, dishwasher- all bought recently ie in the last 5 years
- Plates (over 150 unmatched plates)
- Wine glasses (up to 50 unmatched)
- Water glasses (around 40 unmatched )
- Some cutlery (unmatched)
- Tea cups and saucers
- Some vases, water jugs and bottles
- 2x hot water urns
- Tea Pots 
- Some pots and pans (limited)
- Several screens
