HALL BOOKING CONDITIONS
Hall hire rates to be paid in full at the time of hall booking or soon after. Please send advice and record of payment
Refunds will be given up to one month prior to the event. No refunds given after that time.
All bond monies to be paid in cash and refundable after inspection of the hall by a committee member and subject to conditions set out in the hall rules.
CHARITY/ VOLUNTARY RATE The committee has the option to provide a discounted rate for some events. eg a charitable / community event
As part of our hall booking charges we have available for use: Main Hall Area with stage - 90 chairs - 5x Church pews and x 10 bench seating options - 20 light portable plastic tables seating 8 -10 people Functional Kitchen with Annex Dining area .. - 8 solid wooden tables in our annex seating 8 people - Micro-wave. fridge, dishwasher- all bought recently ie in the last 5 years - Plates (over 150 unmatched plates) - Wine glasses (up to 50 unmatched) - Water glasses (around 40 unmatched ) - Some cutlery (unmatched) - Tea cups and saucers - Some vases, water jugs and bottles - 2x hot water urns - Tea Pots - Some pots and pans (limited) - Several screens
